Wayne Hage, Cliven Bundy, and Stunning Court Victory

Many ranchers assume that the Fed has the right to do what they do to them. However, the Wayne Hage victory contradicts those assumptions. The Hage battle with the Fed began when he was just two years old. It was a battle originally waged by his father Wayne Hage Sr.

The family fought the federal govenment for decades, and that fight continues, as that same government appeals the latest ruling in Hage's favor, which included millions of dollars awarded to the Hage family in damages. Damages they haven't seen a dime of to date.

Glenn Beck Moves Into Movies

Hollywood Reporter spoke with Glenn Beck and he tells them he is working on three movie productions. Says he's not sure if they will be for TV or theatrical release.

This sounds very interesting, and I believe he'll do a good job producing films millions of Americans will want to see. Read what he has to reveal below.

Lessons for America on How Not to Welcome Immigrants: A Canadian Perspective.

This a is Canadian friend's reflections on attending a group of new Canadian citizen's becoming official. Lots of good points and bell ringers here in this article. It illuminates many of those rapidly changing parts of our separate cultures, which formerly, taken for granted, have been increasingly buried ever deeper with each passing year, and currently seem to go unnoticed but by precious few, i.e., those who pay attention.

It's a long piece, but we trust that once engaged, you'll remain so. It is a well written, thoughtful piece we believe you'll appreciate. Here it is:

The Real Endangered Species: Farmers and Ranchers

This is happening all over this country and needs to stop. It isn't just the Bundy's, it's the Wayne Hage family too. It's also the Kit Laney family, among others.

Wayne Hage's family has been fighting in the courts for decades. His Dad died during the height of that ongoing battle. The Hage story was recently chronicled in a special on Fox News last week called "Enemies of The State". Wayne even went to law school, becoming an attorney himself because he reasoned it was less expensive than keeping attorneys on permanent payroll.

Robert Davi Rant: A Good One

I really enjoyed most of this piece written by Robert Davi posted over at Breitbart. It was there just a few days ago and I haven't seen it anywhere else, though I haven't really looked very hard. Just liked it and wanted to print it for those who haven't read it.

We all know of the few megastars in Hollywood who lean conservative. Perhaps it's because they are stars in that mega category that they can speak their minds. Davi acts (over 130 films), sings (Davi Sings Sinatra-On The Road To Romance), directs (The Dukes), and apparently, also writes.

I'm Not Paying My Taxes!

Not kidding either. Though it depends on which word in that declarative statement I emphasize when saying it. They aren't mine. nor yours. When did we ever agree to them? Was it a contractual obligation entered into? Is it our ongoing entry fee/cover charge/usage cost/exit bill? And why is it reasonable that a newborn child be prenatally saddled with over a hundred thousand dollars in already established debt, accruing interest? It isn't.

Socialism Does NOT Work, And It Rests On Compulsion

Daniel Hannan on Socialism and the differences between it and Capitalism. Hint: If you know Daniel Hannan, you will be well aware of which side he favors. I do not need to say anything much in preface to this, as few can hold a candle to this man when it comes to concise, pointmaking, and the eloquent display of uncommon sense, i.e.,wisdom.
